You can become a participant by buying one of the Zonmon.com sets at one of our Dealers

To work with Zonmon.com you must have a regular fixed internet connection. the Tibbo device should always be on to send data every minute to the Zonmon.com server.

As a Zonmon.com participant you can have as many Tibbo devices connected as you want, even from one location. You give each set that is connected a unique name for selection and monitoring purposes.

After registering on Zonmon.com you get a separate menu page "My Zonmon" for managing and viewing your systems.
 
For power measurement in liquids such as solar water heaters there are at least 2 temperature sensors needed and a flow rate or flow value (liters/minute). This flow rate can be measured in two ways:

-
With a circulation detector, which measures whether the circulation pump is on or off. Then you put a fixed flow rate in Zonmon.com device settings. This detector is included into SET1

- With a flow counter, this device measuring the flow rate in liters/minute. This flow counter is included into SET2


 
Select one of the standard configurations that suits you:


SET 1 - Suited for solar boiler performance, heat consumption or heat yield.

Package contents: Tibbo device + power supply and network cable, 4 channel extender, 3 temperature sensors and 1 circulation detector.

This set can be used if the circulation pump has a fixed setting and the flow rate (liters/ minute) is known.

Two temperature sensors must be used for the performance measurement, one sensor on the heat exchange input and one sensor on the heat exchange output. The 3rd sensor is can be used freely.

SET 2 - Suited for solar boiler performance, heat consumption or heat yield.

Package contents:
Tibbo device + power supply and network cable, 4 channel extender, 3 temperature sensors and 1 flow counter.

This set can be used if the circulation pump has a variable flow rate (liters/minute). The flow counter should be connected into the coldest part of the flow.

Two temperature sensors must be used for the performance measurement, one sensor on the heat exchange input and one sensor on the heat exchange output. The 3rd sensor is can be used freely.

There are 2 types of flow counters
, max. 1500 l/hour -3/4" DN15 and max. 2500 l/hour- 1" DN20

SET 3 - Solar panels performance, kWh yield or kWh usage.

Package contents: Tibbo device + power supply and network cable, 4 channel extender, 1 kWh counter.
 
The kWh counter should be placed in the utility cabinet or in a separate box at the source or consumer. The phase and neutral line must run through the kWh counter.

There are 2 types of kWh counters available , 1 phase 50A and 3 phase 50A

SET 4 - For Solar panels performance with the Effekta ES series and Kstar KSG net inverter

Package contents: Tibbo device + power supply and network cable, 1 rs232 kabel.
 
The Tibbo can connect directly via the RS232 cable to the net inverter


Each set is delivered with a clear installation manual (in English) .

Of course you can compose your own set, eg 4 temperature sensors on 1 Tibbo device or a mix of sensors and counters.

A Tibbo device can have one kWh counter or Flow counter connected, all other sensors can be used as you see fit.

There are a number of standard panes and each type of sensor has its own meter;


Calculated generated or used energy:

This table is showed for all generated or used energy.
Like all other charts and meter, this table is refreshed every minute automatically.
Chart of current generated or used power:

This graph is used to display the generated or used power.
Up to 1 week of detailed information is stored per minute. Also, for each connected sensor or counter up to one week of detailed information is stored and can be showed graphically.
Chart of generated or used energie:

This graph is used to display the generated or used energy.  Als long as your system is active we store day by day data throughout the life cycle of your plant. You can view every day, week, month and year data to see what the result was.
Universel kW meter:

This meter is used to display the peak power of used or generated energy.

The scale (W of kW) is selected by the maximum power of your system that you specifiy in the configuration parameters.

When using a kWh counter, this meter shows the current peak power for the last minute.

Temperatuur meter:

This meter is used for each temperature sensor that you connect.

The label in the bottom part can be set in the configuration parameters.
100-230 VAC (circulation), 12/24V DC, or potential free on/off detector:

This meter is used for each on/off detector.

The label in the bottom part can be set in the configuration parameters.
Flow meter:

This meter is used for the flow counter.

The label in the bottom part can be set in the configuration parameters.
Impulses per minute:

This meter is used with the kWh counters.

Deze meter shows the number of pulses/minute for a given kWh meter.
  
The label in the bottom part can be set in the configuration parameters.
Volt meter:

This meter is used with PC solar systems using the Effekta net inverter ES series.

It shows the DC input voltage of a tracker from the net inverter.

Ampere meter:

This meter is used with PC solar systems using the Effekta net inverter ES series.

It shows the DC input current of a tracker from the net inverter.
